STAY AWAY FROM CREDIT CARDS KID!! If I had followed this advice when I was your age, then I'd be a millionare. SAVE YOUR MONEY ! Put it in the bank or mutual funds and save it. When your 30 you'll have more money than 99% of people your age.
You don't need the new car, new stereo system, etc. SAVE IT! |

Find a good bank in a good location, apply for a credit card, fill-in the form, attach all the necessary documentations, comply all other requirements and wait for the card to arrive at home if it is approved by the bank. |

The best way to get started is go to a jewelry store and buy yourself, your girlfriend, or your mom something for a few hundred dollars on credit with them and make the payments and with in no time you will be getting offers sent to you every other day. Remember credit card companies are evil and will take all your money and wont regret anything about it so pay for everything in cash that you can and if you do need to charge something make sure you are able to make the payments and it's also not a bad idea to pay more then the minimum amount due so the interest rates don't kill you. Keep it up long enough and you will get better offers and when you go to buy a house or a car you can get the best deal available. |

DONT GET ONE!! Is my advice.
I have always been against credit cards and it has paid off for me. Without trying to toot my own horn, I don't use them and actually have money unlike some of my other friends who are constantly in debt.
If you want something save for it, then buy it. |
