a dept store credit card that was my first one but then I found out I was being ripped off bcuz those have super high interest rates. it's a good way to establish credit I guess just make a purchase every season and take the rest of the season to pay it off without defaulting it will show you're consistent and reliable. |

Generally, the easiest are the ones with the highest interest rate, highest annual fee, that require a fee to apply and an annual service fee, and require a security deposit. A chimpanzee that defaulted on his last load of bananas could get one of these. |

Well if you have bad credit it would be difficult to find a credit card, but you will be able to do it.
Try to look at malls or supermarkets cards like Sears, Macys etc. They maybe will give you the card. |

If your bank offers a credit card they can usually offer you a slightly lower interest rate.
Don't use Capital one though they will give you a card they will never increase your rate. I have nearly perfect credit and my capital one card limit is still $500 I've had it for 6 years and they refuse to raise the limit it also has a 19.99% interest rate.
My bank's card has a much higher limit (more than 7 times my capital one card) and a 8.99% rate. |
