There is no payment plan with them and yes they can do that you signed an agreement I'm sure. You have to pay what you borrowed in full amount. |

You violated the terms of the legal agreement. Be glad they are not sending a guy named Vinnie to aerate your knees and ankles. They won't be able to stay in business to loan to others if people like you renege on their paybacks. If you can't make ends meet, find a second job or learn to live within your means. |

They got you when you signed the agreement. My advice is to pay them back, and as quickly as possible, and learn from your mistakes. Do not sign anything you have not read thoroughly,and do not borrow something you cannot pay back - it's like stealing! |

They can do absolutely anything they want. They are not regulated. The companies charge a tremendous amount of interest. They sucker people into these " fast loans". I am afraid that you will have to pay them. Even if they did not accept a payment arrangement start sending them money. The faster you pay them off the faster you can clear the account with them I am assuming that you will not be able to write checks until the loan is paid back. In the future do anything but take out this type loan. They will screw you every time!!!!! |

Read over the form you signed when you applied for the loan. It should say something about "if you don't pay us back on time..."
Fraudrant check.... It is strange. I thought that they would just charge you a huge interest charge if you couldn't pay back. Whatever the form you signed though, with your signature, it is a binding contract. |

I don't think they can legally do that. Check all paperwork submitted and signed at the point of receiving the loan. if they state that the loan is a check against your future paycheck and you weren't paying attention to what you put your signature on... I.E. signed off what could be a check in a document form as lein on your loan then they probably could. More than likely they will take you to collections where it could be a day or week or even up to a year when they start messing up your credit rating. Oh and they can legally OWN you on many many levels... please look over everything in your agreement and look out for the 25-40% interest you are going to be hit on the loan |

If you gave them a check and it bounced? Then yes thay can do this because it's true.
When your check bounced you defaulted on your contract with them. |

Yes they can. Not only that they can have you assreted for writing a bad check. You gave them a signed check and sign an aggrement to pay it back in full by a certin date. What they will do is present the check to your bank, get it returned as NSF, then go after you with legal channels for a bad check. You can face jail time, fines, and a criminal recourd. This sucks, but because they have the check, they can do this. |
