No. You need to call one of them. Is there a phone number as well as a name on the check? If not return it to the bank.

In order to cash the check, it needs to be endorsed (signed) on the back by the person it is to.
If you were to sign it as that person, and you are not that person, that is a crime and you can get a fine, jail time, or both. Worse, you will then have a criminal record for the rest of your life. |

if you cash it you can go to jail ask yourself is the $66 worth going to the big house for you need to call the person on the check or call the bank where the check is wrote on the person who wrote the check for that amount is or has stopped payment on that check |

NO! Banks will ask you for ID and if you want to deposit it through the teller and out into your account, they'll know that it isn't your name on the check. Give it to the bank that listed on the cheque if you there's no phone number. |
