Wow, How did they do that...I haven't a clue, I would think going with the credit card company would be easiest.....seeing as how the incompetence of the employees at Arby's is how you got into this mess in the first place....... |

What are the prices normally. I would not talk to the manager but to her boss who is higher than her. Talk to the Better Business Beverie. Time the stow that you are not happy that you will take your business elsewhere and you will tell all your friends SWAT shitty service you got |

the credit card company will make an adjustment on any disputed claim. Also the store manager should be able to handle your complaint. |

go into Arbys with your bank/credit card statement and have them fix it then and there. Arbys will have to be the ones to fix it, they are the ones who charged it to that amount. |

First Walk your bill into te store and show the Manager. If she does not offer you a resolution, call the District manager and meet with the DM. If this is a corporate location you may have to escalate the issue to the President of the Corporation.
This is your best reolution to the problem |

I would call to find out how to contact the area Arby's manager and not just the store manager. Fast food restaurants tend to hire less-than-qualified people for manager positions. There should be an area or regional manager that you can contact somehow. They would deal with the business end of it more than a simple store manager. Hope that helps a little. |

First of all, you should always check the receipt before you leave the counter because people scam people everyday. Also make sure its your card that you get back in return because they may do a switcha roo on you. I think the store is where you need to start at and the card company may help with that I dont know. You need that receipt to show proof that it didnt cost that much and it wouldnt help to have a pricing list from Arby's incase it ends up in court. |

If the charges were put on your credit card, ask them to do a charge back to Arbys. If it was put on your debit card, contact your debit card account holder for refund. If any charges such as overdraft fee etc was in place, I would contact Arby's for refund of the amount. Good luck. |

1) I would have looked at the receipt before leaving the restaurant.
2) I know this is a hassle to claim this wrong amount charged, but most likely the credit card company can do the best for you.
I work in fast food and there is nothing a manager or anyone at the store can do to correct this. they can only tell the district manager that tells the owner/or company owner what happened; but I still think the store itself cannot fix this mistake. only the credit card company.
and I would just go ahead and say that it was stolen maybe that would speed up the process. not sure though. |

Well, the first thing you should do is forget about the local store manager, but go directly to Arby's head office, talk to customer support, and fax them a copy of your statement showing the 2 charges (make sure you black out any other information before sending the fax).
If you do not seem to get any cooperation, be a bit passive agressive, i.e. do not lose your temper, but say things like "It would be a shame if the media learnt that Arby's is defrauding their customer, that is why I am giving you the chance to show me it was a simple mistake"
And finally, the charge back process shouldn't be that hard, once you filled out the request, if the store cannot produce a signed copy of the CC receipt, you will get your refund no questions asked... it may be "long" but it won't be difficult.
Good luck |

First off take your cc receipt to the ARBY's try to settle there. If that doesn't work, dispute it with your credit card company.
Call the cc company up and tell them what happened tell them you're disputing these charges. They will mail you forms to fill out. Mail them back.
The credit card company will then in turn do what is called a charge -back to the ARBYS. It will remove the item from their bank account. They will have to explain to the CC company why they mischarged your account.
$130.00 for ARBYS...my god couldn't you pay cash!!! |

Must be awfully BIG sandwiches! Contact your local newspaper, have them run an article on the incident. The press will do you good. |

Write to the Office of the President. Show all receipts and short description of what has happened. Say you enjoy Arby's but this has turned you off to going there in the future. All Office of President's have staff that handle such matters. The manager of the Arby's you purchased the items at is unlikely to want to refund you, because it will lower his/her cash receipts for that week which have already been recorded. This works, just be firm but courteous. |

Write a letter the corporate office with a copy of your bill and your contact details. I would also send a copy to the store in which it happened and the credit card company. My bet is that in no time you will see a credit in the same amount in your bill. |
