Save some, say £5 a week. It will soon mount up and stand you in good stead later on if you need a loan or a mortgage with the bank. They like to see a regular saving pattern even if it is a small amount.

Try to save enough to invest in stock market mutual funds that invest for the long term. You will be amazed how much your investment will increase.

Hi, try get into the habit of saving some money, you'll find something to spend it on every week, so its a good habit to save some of it - even save up for something you would like and then happy spending...

save it, in a few years you might want a holiday with friends, or a car, a computer, or anything that costs a lot that your parents won't be able to fund.. you will be so glad you saved.. i didnt and my sister did and i was so annoyed with myself when i had nothing and she had a grand in the bank. im no good with money! x

Try to save at least half of it every week. It's a good habit to get into, and teaches you to save up for a couple of weeks for that new pair of shoes, trainers etc. You will be so glad of having a little savings when you want to buy the big things in life: car or deposit on your first place.

Save at least half of it. Then if there is something big or expensive that you want later...you will have the money. Save for a car or college.

It's fun to spend money quickly...but when you look at your account and see a big 0...that makes the spending not worth it. You will feel much better when you accumulate money and that number grows!
