It's going to be along time before you can get more credit. Why didn't you pay it? |

you will have to pay soon are later it will be on your credit report they might garnish your check call and ask can you set up a payment plan to pay it back Never file bankruptcy try to pay it It would be on your credit for 10 years |

Ok... If you owe your bank money it means you were put on check systems, which is like a credit agency only for banks. Which means your account went overdrawn and you didn't pay the bank the funds for going overdrawn. When that happens the bank gives you leniency for awhile typically about 60-90 days if you don't make payment arrangements with the bank or don't pay anything at all then they will charge off your account to there credit department: check-systems. Once that happens you can't open an account for 7 yrs at any other financial institution. If you do pay your balance off once on check systems you "may" be able to open an account within 3yrs. |

Go to Jail. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $25,000.00 :)
Your credit won't improve and it'll be harder and harder for you to get or keep credit cards or open up bank accounts or even find employment.
You obviously need some financial advice and I would suggest you find a financial counselor in your area and spend the time and see if they can help you work out a payment schedule based on your earnings and your expenses.
You might have to give up certain things and stop buying certain items that you most likely don't absolutely need.
You have to get this problem solved.
Good Luck |

One way or another, you will pay. Though corporations don't get angry the way people do, they tend to be more stubborn (they have all the time in the world!)...Think about it, if someone owed you $25,000 and didn't pay, what would you do? That's right, you'd go after them for your money!
The bank (ANY bank) has a far more sophisticated system of tools for going after you than you do for going after them! You can offer to work out a payment plan, or you can wait for the bank to issue a garnishment of your paycheck, in which case they will take what THEY and the court think are fair without any input from you! |

They can not put you in jail for debt unless fraud was involved.
The most they will do is send it to collections and/or get a civil judgment to try to collect the money you owe.
Getting a judgment will allow them to put liens on property, seize bank accounts and garnish wages. |

They will probably sue you and the police may be involved. |

They are two ways:
First: Pay what you can...if they take you to court...Judge will see you been trying.
Second: File Bankruptcy..
Lots of Luck.... |
