Um, you should pay your debts & stop trying to slither out of it.
You entered into a contractual agreement with these people and, by your own admission, haven't paid anything in several months. Did you expect the balance to disapear on its own? |

Pay it off before it adds up any more. YOU are the one who agreed to make payments and then didn't, and agreed to pay late charges if you were late - so YOU are the one who has to deal with it. |

There is no way they are going to remove those charges now. You should have at least been making the minimum payment on the card to avoid these charges in the first place. You are pretty screwed at this point. START PAYING YOUR BILLS!!! |

OMG, that is not good for you credit. That is more than 90 days late. Do you work at all? I doubt it. Because the minimum payment is only like $48 max. And you cannot pay that every month? You need to stop charging on this credit card, and stop over spending. There is no way to get out of this (for free) untill you get a full time job. Good luck! |

You can bully them about the charges but they have the upper hand solicitor / official letters can recover charges but in the mean time they will declare you as in default and maybe able to send you bankrupt unless you can repay in full or transfere the entire debt to a different lender you will need to arrange a payment plan with them they may cancel your credit card and accept a reduced payment but you will need to talk to them if you ignore them they will just carry on charging you. |

You need to own up to this and start paying it off pronto! very soon the credit card company will charge off the account and sell it to a collection agency and they will harass you relentlessly until you pay. Just call them and tell them you want to work with them and pay this off and set up some sort of payment plan you can live with and ask that once it is paid off the trade line be removed from your credit report. Get all this in writing an make sure it's signed by someone with authority and then pay them. That's your best bet. |

If you didn't make at least the minimum payment on time, you earned every one of those late fees. And if you continue to not pay, you will be earning over limit fees as well.
That credit card is undoubtedly in collections now and your credit is completely trashed. Call the credit card company or the collection agency and work out payment arrangements. It's your debt, take responsibility for it. |

Its gonna be really hard. My mom had the same problem,it caused her a really,really low credit score.After you you do pay (god help you) it will be really hard for you to get credit cards,debit cards etc. Good luck. oh & you might wanna get a lawyer |
