You have HORRIBLE credit, you never had a credit card before, you sound odd. You do not say it, but there has to be a situation here that has damaged your credit. Until this situation is solved, banks will not want to loan you money.
A solution would depend on the horrible problem you do not describe. That said, I would go as if you never had credit. I would open a secure credit card, where the credit is limited by how much you got deposited in the bank. Somebody in the bank may tell you in more detail. Then, buy a few things on credit, and pay punctually. Try to pay utilities using the credit card. Do not make a big loan yet.
I doubt you can get the loan you want in the immediate future. Banks have seen before all sorts of people who think their problems would be solved with loans, where they are lying to themselves. However, the secure credit card would bring earlier the day you could take that loan. |

If your credit is horrible and you made it that way without having a credit card, believe me, you won't get one until it is corrected, unless it is a secured credit card. Do you have any collateral? If not, you are going to have to go through a family member or loan shark. You didn't mention the amount of money you need or that you were gainfully employed. Some employers might help you if the reason was good enough and you were a valued employee. I wish you luck. |

You are stuck and will remain so until you figure out that you cannot borrow your way out of debt.
