a personal loan without a high rate is impossible for bad credit. you need colateral also; a house, car with title in hand, something that is worth at least 2 time the amount you are trying to barrow. my advice, take the high interest rate, after you make the first 12 payments ON TIME refinance the loan through a local credit union. |

If you have bad credit, no one is going to want to risk giving you a loan without a high interest rate.
I know there are some companies like world fiance , security finance, Tower fiance, the interest rate i believe is high however........... they do report to the credit bureau. And will help your credit score over a few years if you pay on time.
Once you rebuild it use credit more wise. Credit is something that is freely given until you dont pay back as you promised. |

But if you can offer collateral, your lender is secure in the knowledge that his money is in safe hands. You have to try and meet the repayment schedule, failing which you lose the asset. |
