I have been billed for Food and Wine magazine. This was on my Feb statement. I did not order this magazine.?
Do you want to call them or should I? Also, I did not know that I had a credit of $16.50. What was that applied to? I pay our acct. on line when it is due. So, we should not have any finance chgs. Also, I think that we have approx. 54,000 points. How do I redeem these points. I need to know what I can choose from and do they expire?

You need to call Food and Wine first. Dispute the charge with them. If they do not refund your money, file a Regulation E dispute with your credit card company. While you are on the phone with them, ask how to redeem your points. You didn't tell us what kind of card you had, so I can't answer that for you.

are you talking about a credit card? you need to call customer service and they can answer all you questioins. you do not have to pay for magazines you did not order. they can credit you.

SHELTIELUVER
Call the magazine and have them reimburse your c.card and let them know you didn't order it. Maybe that's why you have a credit though. And what kind of points are we talking now?

St♥rmy Skye
You call them. A credit means that you are owed money.Where are the points from??

That same thing happened to me recently and I called my credit card company and email the magazine and explained that I did not do this and I wasn't paying for it because it was not me, so they took it off the bill and I never had to pay for it. The magazine took me off their mailing list as well.

Daniel L
Simply write your credit card company disputing the charge.

You should probably call your credit-card company and try to get this issue resolved.

PEACHES
Well you should call the magazine campanile and tell them you didn't receive the magazine.

don't write a letter to them disputing your chargest b/c its usually unsuccessful adn time consuming (experience from my dad- has superb credit). demand from your credit card company to remove these charges because they were an erroenous mistake made on their part, not yours. Ask your credit card company where your credit of $16.50 came from, if they don't know, you tell them taht you would like to talk to their manager or someone else who would know since its not your fault.
ask your credit card company how to redeem your 54,000 points if you don't know how to. ask your credit card company for answers on anything you don't understand about your credit because they should have all the answers as they are the ones charging payments to your credit card.

good luck
