Either get a record of your credit file and see where your going wrong, it might be something simple like you need to register on the electrol roll or something. Or wait a min of 6 months before applying again.

Well the first bit of advice is stop applying...the more you apply the more it will affect your credit rating. go to www.experian.co.uk, get a copy of your credit file and that will tell you what the problem is and why you cant get credit. There is normally a small fee to pay to get a copy of this. Good luck |

For a start, try spending less than you earn! Loans are not good things unless you have absolutely no alternative because of a real emergency (not that you just need a holiday or a new TV!).
If you really do need a loan but can't get one then try requesting your credit report and seeing if there are mistakes on it that are preventing you from receiving credit. These can usually be accessed free from via an internet site - just type "free credit report" into a search engine. |

Stop applying for loans. Everytime you do, your credit rating is affected negatively. You would do better swallowing your pride and asking mommy or daddy or even grandma for some money. You're gonna have to wait at least four months before you start applying again. The more you apply, the more desperate you look to the financial institution. Hope this helps.
You can get all three of your credit reports from www.privacymatters.com It's free the first seven days, just cancel after you get the info you need. This will give you a better idea why you're being turned down for credit. Maybe there's something in the report that is wrong or you might not have enough credit yet established. |

1. stop applying, every time you do it knocks your credit record around a bit.
2. check your credit record is correct - www.experian.co.uk - should cost you a couple of quid.
3. if it is wrong get it put right, if it is right then you is stuck, you cant get credit. |

I presume that you are being refused because of bad credit history? Or the other reason could be cos you don't have any other kinds of credit and have a low score that way? If it because of bad credit then the only thing that you can do is go to a company such as Welcome Finance or Blackhorse Finance. They deal with people with adverse credit but charge extortionate APR - they would probably lend you around £2,000. Other alternatives are people such as Provident for amounts up to £500 and they collect repayments from your home but again they are loan 'sharks' and charge APR in respect of this.
If you just have a low credit score then my suggestion would be to contact you bank and 'upgrade' your current account to something with a Switch card, chequebook and overdraft. Once you have done this they normally will sort you out with a loan and won't charge silly APRs.
I hope that this helps. My only advice would be to try and manage without or to save up or ask family. If you aren't in debt already then you don't want things to spiral out of control.

When I was being turned down for a credit card by every major company, Capital One were the only company who would give me one. They also do loans. I am in UK but I believe Capital One is a worldwide concern - their copyrighted slogan is "what's in your wallet?" |

visit www.creditexpert.co.uk and look at your credit history - this will also help you see if someone else has been doing things fraudulently under your name - also you can expect your credit score to be very low if you have made too many credit applications - the more refusals on ur record the less likely you are to be accepted - i'd recommend - if you haven't already tried applying to the bank where you hold your current account. They are more likely to accept you. |

Not much. You have bad credit and thats all there is to that. Loan agencies are in business to make money and are under no obligation to loan money to anyone who has bad history of repayment. You cannot expect strangers to trust you because you record of payment is bad, however, if you can find someone with good credit who will trust you they can co sign for the loan and then if you fail to pay this one off the bank collects from whoever co signed for your loan. If you were my brother or son I would not co sign for you. You have to establish good credit by paying off some bills. |

If you are being turned down for Loans, I think you should evaluate your financial situation. Obviously I do not know the circumstances surrounding the loan companies decision but I wuld consider seeking our financial advice.
