If you are unable to find an apartment share or a rental from a private owner who either sympathizes with you, or doesn't bother to do a credit check, you should probably contact the City of Tuscon's housing department for further assistance.
If your problems have been more of a financial nature, perhaps you'll qualify for various assistance programs such as those benefitting persons of low to moderate income: Section 8, Public Housing, and Affordable Rental Housing.

WOODED area in Tucson, we are talking DESERT here, perhaps a wash or a bridge, then there is the veterens park. Sounds like you need to be more responsible, or move to a city where they don't know you, obviously you are known there. Time to get a job and face responsibility. |
