Contact the bank which issued you the card . Do it has asap. You cant ever be sure if someone might have it. They will reissue a pin number to you.

use it as a credit card and not a debit. if you sign for the transactions then you don't need a pin number. of course this will only work if you have used the card before or have at least already activated it. good luck!
