First, consider applying for a credit card that is issued by a local store. Ask if they report to a credit bureau and if they do go ahead and apply and if you pay your bills on time–you'll establish a good credit history.

Second, consider a secured credit card. It requires that you open and maintain a bank account or other asset account at a financial institution as security for your line of credit. Your credit line will be a percentage of your deposit, typically from 50 to 100 percent. Bear in mind that application and processing fees are not uncommon for secured credit cards. In addition, secured credit cards usually carry higher interest rates than traditional unsecured credit cards. If these stipulations don’t appeal to you, another option is to look at prepaid credit cards or debit cards. To see a list of banks and credit companies that offer secured credit cards go to www.CreditCardGuide.com, you can even apply on-line.

Third, consider asking someone with an established credit history–perhaps a relative–to co-sign the account if you don't qualify for credit on your own. The co-signer promises to pay your debts if you don't. You'll want to repay any debt promptly so you can build a credit history and apply for credit in the future on your own.

You can find a complete list of credit cards to help build your credit history here:

http://www.wowcreditcards.com/bad-credit.htm

Although these offers tend to have higher interest rates (and additional fees) when compared to standard credit cards, they'll help you establish and improve your credit history over time. Eventually, with regular on-time payments-- you'll be able to qualify for better offers with lower APR's and less fees. But for now... this is what you're limited to...

Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!

American Blue Express Credit Card: Apart from no annual fee feature of the American Blue Express it also gives cash returns on specific purchases. Users of the American Blue Express also enjoy protection against fraud for online credit card transactions. This card tries to right the various wrong notions about the American Express credit cards, one of which is that it is a credit card only for rich or those who have money to keep a credit card.

If by "no credit" you mean you have never had a credit card and have not yet established a credit history, then you should get start by getting a checking account at a credit union. There you can have a checking account and immediately start a relationship with a liberal lending institution. Credit unions offer car loans and credit cards. Many credit unions are based on residency, for example, any one who lives in a certain county may get one. Others are based on occupation, say municipal workers.
Check it out. Ha Ha!
Good luck
