YES,
A NEW LEGISLATION HAS BEEN PASSED THAT IF ANY ERRORS WERE ON THE ORIGINAL CREDIT AGREEMENT WHEN YOU TOOK IT OUT PRIOR TO 2007 THEN IT IS TECHNICALLY VOID.
YOU CANT CLAIM ANYTHING BACK, BUT YOU CAN HAVE THE DEBT WIPED OR REDUCED.

There was an article about this in yesterdays Money Mail. Its something to do with the paprwork signed at the time. But when the Mail looked into it it was virtually impossible to claim anything back, and if you did the company wanted something like 30%.

There are things that you can do to help with your credit score but this sounds like a scam. Your best bet is to search the web for the needed help and then to call them. Companies that contact you out of the blue will most likely be a scam.

Even if this isn't true, you can pay off your credit card debt by forwarding checks from American customers to a company in Nigeria or by helping a terminally ill widow dispense her fortune among needy folks in the US.
Just send them your bank account info and start improving your station in life. |
