There's a charge back option from inside your paypal account. Go to the transaction in question and report it from there. Also, go inside eBay to the transaction and report it as an item not received. Finally (but most importantly) put a stop order on the check or money transfer or charge back the payment with your bank or credit card issuer. |

Hello.You should contact ebay with immediate effect and report to them the whole sorry saga of your transaction. You should then report all of it to PayPal as well. As there is an element of fraud, you should also report it to the Police as a criminal offence. Lastly,contact your credit card or bank and get them to stop the transfer of funds explaining why. I do wish you well.

How do you know the sellers' Paypal account was closed? Has their ebay account been suspended? Next day shipping does not mean that you will receive it the next day, it just means they will ship it the next day. And depending on how they ship, it could take up to 10 days to receive. If the seller has gone NARU, then yes, file a report. If you paid with a Credit Card, you can call your CC company to dispute the charge, HOVEVER, don't file with Paypal and then call your CC immediately. Once you dispute the charge with your CC company, you've stopped any action Paypal would have taken. Let Paypal do their thing and then if you don't like the outcome, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. |

If the auction is still up, check it to see if it said you were covered by $200 insurance or $2000 insurance. If it's the first, eBay/Paypal (it's the same company) will only reimburse you $200. When you bid a large amount of money it's always important to look at this figure.
BTW, the seller did not voluntarily close their paypal account. It takes 6 months for a seller in good standing to close their account. Paypal froze it/close it due to suspected fraud.
Follow procedure, file first with Paypal. |

Sorry to say but you are out of luck. You can dispute the purchase with e-bay, but if the person has left e-bay then you will be out of luck.
I had a problem like this with one seller a year ago, I emailed e-bay, pay-pal and all I got was computer generated responses. The seller even contacted me and gave me a story about being late on shipping the product but promised she would ship it.
Well short story, never got the item, never got money back.
this is why hundreds of people stop buying on e-bay unless the person has a high score and is reputable. Never buy from a new person on e-bay.
Oh and all that talk about pay-pal covering the purchase price, well if the seller didn't include the coverage in the shipping, then you are out of luck. |

Is very possible you 'll get your ps3 late. email the seller and ask what happen .Is very likely he is sending it late.In the end if you do not get after while and after e mailing him and arranging with him , contact ebay, most purchases are insured under the ebay police. you should be able to recovr your money from ebay if you do not get the ps3 at least late. Remember is to soon to worry.furthermore, the paypal account is tied to the seller bank account, so it will be easy to track him down, if all fail, but rest assured with ebays police.

I would start by reporting it to Ebay and calling the police.
You're supposed to have some sort of buyer protection using Paypal but I've never had reason to find out about that (luckily) Get on to them ans see if they can do anything but I 'd get the police involved anyway. |

yes. call paypal up and tell them you got scammed. they cover you for up to 1000 dollars. Also CALL your credit card company and tell them to stop the payment. LOL They will go after his azz. Also contact ebay and tell them of the fraud.. |
