Contact her supervisor immediately....It is illegal for a company to erroneously pull credit reports and your sister is opening up her employer to a huge security mess.....call immediately. Better yet, send a certified letter demanding that the company cease pulling your credit....you don't have to mention your sister's name.....their internal records will show who has pulled credit reports... |

Run a dispute on all 3 and request those inquiries be deleted since you didnt request a loan/ credit check via them. |

These were hard inquiries??? Call you sister and ask her why she is checking your credit it sounds like. Could she be doing it just to affect your credit score?? |

if they don't have your permission in writing, they can be in trouble.
you can call your general attorney office and ask them to investigate, but would you do this to your own sister?
those pulls will go from your credit in couple months and if you not shopping for mortgage right now, will not affect your credit that much. spoke with her manager and believe me, she will not touch your credit again. |

On your credit report should be information on reporting disputes, and this certainly constitutes a dispute. Get it sorted out, and then think about getting far away from such a malicious relative.

You can turn this information over to the 3 credit bureaus that it is reported to and file a complaint. They usually look to see who had done this, and if it was your sister, yall have alot of work to do to resolve this because that is none of her business! |

It is illegal for someone to pull a credit report as she did, without a written authorization. Lenders are subject to fines/legal action if they are found to have run credit without this. Your sister could lose her job if the employer finds out- that way they have taken action to avoid it ever happening again. Should she lose her job? Good luck with that. |

the GOOD NEWS IS--well do realize this----mortgage credit pulls don't affect your credit scores that much
Now---call the company of your sisters and ask to speak to the person in charge of her---tell them what is going on and tell them that you will consult a lawyer (even though you won't but scare them this way) that you will sue them for pulling credit inquiries without your written consent. This will scare them. Also call your sister and tell her that you have ID these inquiries to them and that if she doesn't stop you will contact her supervisor

it isn't good to have so many credit pulls. makes you look like you may have alot of credit debt. mortgage companies like a little credit debt, less than 6 months in payments. |

Can you put some kind of fraud alert (even though its not fraud) Some kind of warning to the Big 3 about your credit getting pulled.

inquire asap..it may be identity theft.
get a free copy of this report..dispute it.
if not tell them that you want them to put an explanation in your credit report as to why they pulled so many..at any rate stop them now.. put your statement in your credit report also |
