You say you had filed and acheived bancruptcy and had your debt wiped. THEN WHY THE HELL ARE YOU EVEN THINKING ABOUT GETTING INTO DEBT AGAIN. Have you not learned anything. It's people like you that are causing this financial mess the world is in. If you haven't got the cash then do without or save. |

Bankruptcy stays on your credit file for 10 years but you can pay to have some things removed from your file, I am not sure if bankruptcy is one of them but if so it costs £10, get in touch with experian and they will tell you. |

A bankruptcy is 10 years in the US. And, no, you can't have it removed. And if you BK'ed a home loan you'll be living in an apartment for a very long time. |

1st, use spell check will ya. 2nd...about 7 years before it has less effect on your credit. |

It is in the process of being reduced from 3yrs to 1yr for a bankruptcy to be discharged! |
