If you do not have the credit to get a loan from your bank, then you probably don't need to be borrowing this kind of cash. You're likely going to have to make due without it. In any case, no one in their right mind would try getting money from someone HERE. That is just plain nuts. Please no scammers? Yeah, that plea is going to make them go away... not.
