You should be able to do it but interest rates are ALOT higher on cash advances, so check with that and make sure you can afford the payments and that your friend isn't going to stick you before you do it. |

If you have a pin number you can withdraw from a ATM or you can go to the bank and take a cash advance against the card. Keep in mind the interest rates on cash advances are usually very high. Somewhere between 19 and 24 percent. Drawing from a ATM is the same. I hope your friend is prepard to make the payments for you. |

1st time users get 50% discount, might be cheaper than the ATM % on your credit card.
They charge $8.75/$100. You do have to make a payment of at least the interest after 2 weeks; you can extend it longer if needed.

You can usually pull cash out, but it's usually not as much as your credit limit. I'm not saying this is for sure, but on a 500 dollar credit limit you can probably take out 200-300 in cash with a higher interest rate.... |

Not through the ATM.
you should try calling the bank first they may be able to transfer it to your checking account so you don't have to pay the fee and all that interest.
if not just tell them you need a cash advance. |
