Time to think about getting a used car. Start saving your money now so you'll be ready when your car does die. Don't get a loan with high interest. Only buy what you can afford--that's how you got into trouble in the first place, isn't it. |

Sir I can help you. DO NOT respond to ANY people trying to give you a loan that are from UK, as all the ones on this post are, I assure you. They promise unreasonably low interest rates to everyone and dont even ask for documentation, employment, etc. Thats because they are not real lenders-they are thieves! First they are actually from nigeria and they will take the processing fee and run - I know this. I am a reputable lender in Texas and although I can not offer you a low interest rate, I can work with terms you are comfortable with. Example: $10,000 loan at 20% interest over 5 years = 240.00 a month. Sound good? Let me know and be prepared to show lots of documentation.
Thanks

You will be able to get approved but at a MUCH higher interest rate than someone with good credit. You will end up paying way more than the vehicle is worth. |

Based on my personal experience, as long as you have enough income to make payments, you will be able to purchase a car. You may pay an insane interest rate and have very high payments, but the dealership will usually do anything they can to get you into a car.
You can help yourself is you walk in with money for a down payment - even if it's as little as $500-$1000.
If you do get a loan with a high interest rate, you can usually refinance after a year or two of good payment history. |

The answer is good news, bad news. If you go to a credit union, they will help you get an auto loan, but the bad news is that you won't get a new car. You will wind up with a used car. The good news is that they will give you a loan for 100% financing up to retail Kelley Blue Book value including tax, license, and warranty. The bad news is that the interest rate will be high. If you really need a car, then my advice is go used. You will get more car for the value. I bought a 5 year old Volvo, with 70,000 miles on it, and now with over 100,000 miles, it still runs like new. I will give you my credit union's website, but you can find a credit union in your neighborhood. |

Best bet is to hold off on that new car until you actually have the money to pay for it. No credible company is going to give you a loan at that rate.
You WILL be able to get a loan, but it'll end up screwing you in the end, trust me. There are plenty of people out there in that business that thrive on people with statistics like yours. |

Lot's of good advice, but I will add my two cents.
First, your interest rate is based upon the likelihood of repayment. Your credit score is low because you don't have enough history (or good history) in paying back your debts.
Second, analyze why you need a car. If it's absolutely necessary, then find a car that meets your basic needs. Is this going to be a 1 year, 3 year, 5 year type situation. This will have an impact on the car you buy.
Third, if you buy a used car, find a reputable mechanic who will perform an inspection on the car. Things like checking the motor oil and transmission fluid etc. Go for cars that are known to last and are built like tanks.
My parting advice, buy bare bones without a lot of bells and whistles. If the car has "automatic" anything, it's going to break after 8 years. Also find out how much repairs run for the given car.
Check out the following links to get an idea of price before you head to the dealers or private party. |

the only one that would give you credit would be a use car dealer you will probably pay about 22 percent good luck. |

You could try the link below. I was in the same situation until I saw this website. Although I'm paying slightly more for the car than I would if I had the cash to buy one out right, I could not get credit from anyone apart from these. I have read some bad reviews about the company, but they really have helped me and I have had no problems. |

look at your local newspaper and go to where the auto ads are. Sometimes they had ads that say if you have bad credit they can help you. |
