My reason:
You are not employed so there's no $$ to guarantee repayment of the loan should your investment backfire.
You are not a US citizen. How can I be sure that you're not wanting the money to return to your homeland?
You haven't mentioned that you have a statement from your attorney stating that the opportunity in which you want to invest is a legitimate entity who is registered with the BBB and has complied with all the BBB requirements.
You are a high risk. |

Sorry you are out of luck, you can't borrow without credit or any kind of collateral, if you were a homeowner or had assets, perhaps, but you do need to have something. How would the lender secure the loan, it doesn't happen, not in the United States! Unless you know someone with money who can trust you. |

well if you are going to use the loan for a business venture, i would recommend a grant. one, you won't have to pay grants back. prepare a business plan and they do have 'special' grants for latinos who are planning to open their own business. i can't remember the website, if i find it i will let you know. |
