sometimes they can go by your bank statements. thats how i bought my house (i get cash too). if your putting some of your money in the bank. also, if you reported your income to the irs then you can use your tax forms as proof. also there are no income verification loans which charge a higher interest rate. you could apply for a credit card too and just put down what you make. they won't verify it for a credit card.
