im not sure what the name of the loan is..but when i was in college when that happened to someone...they had a special loan for people who got declined for loans. They would tell us to go apply for a loan and bring the letter in and they would give us this other loan. go to your school's financial aid office and ask what they could do..u might find someone who could help or some extra grants.

I was the same way in college. I took out a stafford loan, you should prolly research that. The stafford loan is probably the best loan to start with before looking at any others.
