There isn't. And, as innocent as that sounds, doing it on your own without his permission is technically considered fraud. The only legit way to get cash would be to contact your father and ask him to either:
1) give you his credit card pin number, assuming you have a good relationship and this card is shared.
or
2) have him send you some money via Western Union. It takes only a minute and can be done online. He uses his card to send it, and tells you which Western Union station to pick it up at.

Go to his bank ATM. No one will give you cash online because you can void the transaction and leave them with nothing and you have the money.. |

Well...its illegal to use someone elses credit card, even if it is your dad's. The only way you will get cash out is if you have his pin number, which he has to request from the credit card company. Then you would need to go to an ATM. The interest rate on cash advances is ridiculous though, so I would not recommend it.
If you really need cash until your next payday, you should borrow it from a friend. Otherwise, for a fee you can take out a payday advance from a cash loan store. Be advised though, because if you don't pay it back on time they charge you like 300% interest. |

you can only get cash out if you use the card at an ATM. but, in order to do that, u have to get his pin number or the transaction won't go through. |
