Do you have any equity? You need more than ok credit to get a loan. 651 is average. It isn't wonderful. They won't loan you money if you have lots of other debt out (like credit cards, store cards, other loans, etc.), and especially if you have high balances on these cards. Try to pay as much as your debt off as you can before you apply. The only way to know for sure is to go to the bank and talk to them. |
