What is "scroe?" The question makes no sense without that definition.

Without more info I can't give much advice.

Fastest way would be to file for bankruptcy.

you need to think about money and credit in a whole new way. Don't get hooked on gadgets or cars. Cable TV is not a necessity nor is a lot of entertainment.

I am constantly amazed at my peers who spend half of their income on a car payment and live with their parents. They have no clue what it is to be an adult.

You can't. It takes longer to get out of debt than it does to get into it. Quick fixes like refinancing your mortgage only delay the inevitable.
The only real solution is to eat bologna, turn off your cell phone, and pay extra to all your debts.

There really is no fast way of getting out of debt. There are credit counselors that could help you reach your goal. Some do it for free, some do it for a fee.

I don't think there is a FAST way to get out of debt. It took you a while to stack up all that debt and you probably had fun doing it. Now you will have to learn to discipline your spending and learn to live within your budget. You will get a lot of satisfaction in the long run if you do this.

There is a great sense of power and well being that comes when you have some money saved for a rainy day and when you can pay cash for a large ticket item. I know that it is hard to change your ways but it is so worth the effort that I would certainly encourage you to do this.

There are places that you can get credit counseling and many books on the subject. I would warn you not to pay a lot of money for this because you don't have to. You can find books in the library probably, you can listen to Suzie Orman on TV or get her books.

Good luck

offer them 10% of the balance if they will update your report to show "Paid, Closed/Never late" or "payed as agreed". if they respond with a counter offer negotiate(usually they wont take less then 40% but low ball em first). if they agree send them a check with a copy of the original letter that they agreed to and send a copy of their response letter to the credit bureau. after 31 days re-dispute all the items that are derogatory in your credit file. You should keep negotiating with your creditor till you have achieved a result. follow up on the phone. Send your letters through certified mail so that you can record all your correspondences done with them.
If you have missed some payments or made some late payments
Lenders want to be paid, if they think you will pay your bill if they waive the late fee, they often remove the fee in exchange for prompt payment. creitors will often charge you aover limit or late fee for non-payment. now you have to pay more and get a mark on your credit You can phone the lender and get the charge waived in some cases, let them know your having problems ask them if they can temporarily lower the interest rate or stop the interest charges this will give you a chance to catch up. (this may also close the account, but may keep them from reporting the account as delinquent). this is one of the first services a will credit repair company will perform. You can this for yourself, at no cost.

This report includes numerous webpage and mailing address contacts, sample letters, easy to understand tips to establish credit deal with creditors and dispute items on your credit file. included is also some identity theft information. you learn what raises your FICO score and what risk you represent to a bank.

If there are some errors in your credit report then dispute the accounts, but if you do not have errors in your report the only way to quickly wipe your debt is pay little on your bills or get a credit advisor to help you with your debt

Best way to get out of debt quick is to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. When you make this decision, you emmediateley stop paying your bills and find an attorney. Bankruptcy is a "second chance". Your credit can improve quickly after Bankruptcy I.E. Home Mortgage as soon as six months after discharge, lots more info. A Bankruptcy can actually improve bad credit as it shows you are trying to get a fresh start. It can cost $500 and up, depending on your lawywer. But, as I said, if you decide to take this route, you stop paying all your bills and take that money to a lawyer.
