a lot of people use american express but the really bad thing with that is that americam express does not carry a rinning balance, the full amount must be paid in 30 days and for this reason i would be very careful using it just ro make a good impression not omnly that but i would suggest watching the interest rate, since interest rates are rising rhis would be a bas idea.also a lot of young girls are looking for a sugar daddy and it could lead to a lot of problems later on. |

Probably not, but there's nothing really impressive about an AMEX card since they're relatively common. The only exception would be the Black AMEX or Centurion, which is special. And if you did have one of those, I doubt you would bother trying to impress teenage cashiers since you would be frequenting places like Per Se. |

i would like to think so - but i doubt it very much... fact is, especially younger to middle aged but mostly younger people use more credit than anything these days, get way over their heads and into bankruptcy, and quite often it's all in the pursuit of happiness and waste to impress others... now, do you actually believe they even know what that card is about, or care - and do you think they really are impressed??? i doubt it very much - it only lives in your head for the most part... sad, but true... jett |

Visa is by far the largest in the world, Mastercard is 2nd and Amex 3rd.
I live in Thailand now and Amex is NOT accepted everywhere as they claim! They also have the worse customer service and the highest interest rates! |
