The best way to stop her from calling is to pay it - even if it's just small payments. The sooner, the better because you don't want it to end up on your credit report.

In fact, you should pull your credit report to see if it is already reporting. If it is, make sure you request that they delete it once you've paid it in full...make sure you get it in writing.

Relax, your not the first person who has been in this situation..Many have and I am sure she has delt with it before. Call her back(be responsible) and explain that maybe you can make a payment arrangement..But you have to stick to it! Most collection agencys will work with you on this. Trust me, Ive done it!

best of luck

Call her and explain to her your situation. She may or may not set another arrangment, maybe ask if she can lower the price... or if you could make payments. I would tell her you can send whatever you have now and will pay the rest later. Good luck!

You need to talk to her and tell her your new situation. There's really nothing else you can do, they need to work with you because if you don't have it, you don't have it.

Ignoring this problem will not make it go away. Call her and explain that you were unable to fulfil your commitment as promised and were afraid to call her back. Then set up repayment arrangements that you CAN keep. They should be willing to accept payment arrangements that you are able to maintain so that you can resolve this issue and move on.

Don't be scared. Talk to her and tell her the amount she wants is too much for you. Suggest an amount that you can afford and make the payments as agreed. That will keep her from calling you

first off, calm down. all you need to do is explain. give them a call and i am sure they will be more than likely to work with you. they would rather get their money little at a time then not at all. so don't stress because nine times out of ten, they understand and it will be ok. i promise.

jen
you should call her and explain that you didnt send the money because you didnt have it all. then tell her you'll send what you have now and send the rest in two weeks. then SEND THE MONEY. they will work w/you in order to get the money but if you dont ever send it, theyll stop being so nice. i dont know what you own but they can put a hold on your paycheck and take things in your name in order to pay the debt.
