NO DO NOT FILE BANKRUPTCY. TERRIBLE ADVICE.

Before you do ANYTHING, listen to this man for free, on the radio or online, daily, and you will find your way out of this. The numbers are doable. This is like getting financial wisdom from Bill Gates, except this guy has a radio show. He took a call about identical to yours this week.

I will say that just this single audio clip CHANGED MY LIFE when I heard it.

Half way down click "Listen to Dave". JUST listen.

first call your credit cards and tell them your about to defult and need help, tell them that if they cant help, your only option is going to be to file a BK (bankruptcy). They will offer you anything from forbarence to locked interest rates to a payment plan. Call them, you might be very suprised.

SkyPilot
Contact a reputable credit counseling service asap. Consolidation is not a good solution as it will do nothing for the high interest rate you currently pay.

Maybe a life insurance policy and a planned accident. You should survive and change your name. Live in a different country.

Or blow up the credit card company. That's what I would like.

Sorry to hear you got beyond help.

How about a lottery ticket?

If you make $7000 a month you can afford a financial planner. Call one.

File for bankruptcy, don't pay no one and start paying cash only because you will be in debt for the rest of your life start over in 7 years, which is better then 30 years .

visit http://www.debt--loan.com to get your credit report

get online bill pay..either thru your bank or just make a payment online thru the credit cards website. make as big a payment as possible everytime you get paid. that way youll never have a late payment again. take a look at what your spending your money on. put all you can into credit card pmts.

Consolidate your debts...
This combines your loans/ bills.......at a fixed Low APR...
IF you think it is necessary then talk to a financial planner and start to save so you can pay it off a.s.a.p
Keep in mind they charge..since they know how much you make they might take advantage of you, by raising their price.

Create a plan and stick to it... you should have this paid off within less than 5-10 years ( Depends how good you stick to it) BUT a 585 is really, really bad. Keep this in mind whenever you start to spend again.
You sound like you are making more tha average, so this should be easy for you to pay off...

Bottom line CONSOLIDATE now...

Good Luck
