If they go to court and get a judgement, they can take bank accounts, CDs, even garnish your wages.
Until that happens, they can't. (Unless you have given them permission to access your bank account) |

yes they can. they usually dont just go in and take it, and when you check your account its gone, but there is a way they can do it like that, after theyve done everything possible to get the money, first their calls, then collections, then to an attorney. i know this from experience. i do believe it has to finally get to an attorney, where they get a judgement then they can take it, but they let you know first. i was sent a letter by the county court re: a credit card, and the lawyer whose hands it was in said if i didnt pay a certain amount each month, they would garnish my paycheck, and they could because they already went through the courts. so if i were you, i would just try to pay them something, at least the mimimum payment, before it gets to that point where they can garnish your check or withdraw everything you have from your account. if its gotten that far, i would close the checking/savings account and open another one in someone elses name if possible, just until everything is cleared up |

After they receive a judgement. I would consult credit cousuling or an attorney for Bankruptcy Chapter 13 or 7. Initail consultations are free for both. Keep your acounts open don't close cause you may have a hard time opening one after the dust settles. Also cash your pay checks at the bank they're drawn on. |

yeo and if they cant get the cash they will find other way to get what you owe paid back to them your be for ever on the run watch out lock the door and run to the top of las vagas roof top plug in the pc and build a home on the top of it its the only way out for you now you & the pc can have free power from the las vagas roof top ,lol |
