no you do not have too banks will bully if you let them. They erase those charges all the time I guarantee that bank has not lost a dime and they write off charges every day... the trick is.. to be as nice as possible and explain your circumstances... just be as nice as you can and I guarantee it will work good luck! |

Any time you write a bad check, you should have to pay your fees from your bank, and the fees from the company you wrote them to because that company was charged by thier bank. It is very standard to get this charge. |

I am not chinese, I would be very pis*ed off if you gave me a check that bounced!
You are in the wrong, you know you were in the wrong, pay up, and dont do it again!!
And on top of that I just noticed you said 'bounced cheques' not cheque!!
You must be on some sort of death wish, never mind what the bank or the Chinese think, I would not be at all happy.

The fact that u said that u owe for bounced cheques tells me u havea habit of doing this. Now thats not on, these people are trying to run a buisness to help keep them and their family.
How would you like it if they did exact same to you? I dont think you would like it one bit, you would be after their blood.
So stop this, and do the respectable thing. Pay these people back and their costs and a bit of compensation for all their worries and running around etc.
After you do that, then pack it in. One day you will get a shock, you will get a knock on the door and before you can say hello, bang this big greaser 6 foot between the eyes has just gave you what you deserve.
One day you will do it to the wrong person. And no matter how big or hard you think you are, there is always someone else bigger and harder than you.
I know this guy who calls himself a expert black belt in kung fu, I crack up watching his antics as he does his kung fu, he shouts out I have 5 big men comming to attack me in all directions, then its ayah, ayah woo and all the big guys are supposed to be on the deck, but when a 17 year old squaddie takes him on, before this stupid ayah ayah woo guy says this, this wee 17 year old squaddie decks hm flat with one punch, so it just shows you have to be carefull, especially in this day and age, u dont know who the hell these chinese know..
