The fact that you recognize other people have debt is a great observation. You should continue to develop that skill, and from what you learn, you can create weath.

It seems that you only see the difficulties of abusing debt. The fact is that you can harness debt to make money for you. Businesses do it all the time and so can you, if you have the education

Education is the key to wealth. Start reading books about money, successful people, investing, managing money and motivational stories.

Embrace your money. It's important for a balanced life.

Suggested Books: The Millionaire Next Door, The Automatic Millionare, the Go Getter and Rich Dad Poor Dad (Especially Read this One!!!!!)

Good Luck! and Great Success!

just learn to live within your means. meaning don't spend more than you make. learn how to budget. get a job as soon as you are old enough and save it.. learn the value of money and the hardwork you put into it to make it.

it's really simple: NEVER allow your expenses to exceed your income. that's what gets SO many people into trouble, they spend more than they earn and wind up in trouble with a ton of credit cards. read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, it's one of the better books on money ever written

Do not live beyond your limits, always have a savings account going, do not borrow more than you can comfortably pay back!

Bingo
The best way is only buy things if you have the cash to do so, don't use credit cards, and save for things you really want or need not just buy on a whim.

Learn to settle for a little less while young.A good older used car.Good used furniture. If in college visit thrift shops,we all did.Pay cash (nt credit card >15 to 30 cents more per gallon.Do your own hair,or each others and save.Leave the booze and expensive nights out alone until you get a good job .Its mainly doing without the frills.Rent share with two or three others in a house ,which is cheaper than an apartment alone.Ride share.
