I run a small business and am experiencing cashflow problems, unfortunatley, due to old CCJ's the bank will not help and i do not have much collateral to offer, I have been plagued by emails from so called "lenders" in Nigeria who demand payment up front before processing a loan, but I know these are only scammers to obtain legit European Currency, so if you fall into this bracket - DO NOTCALL ME!!!

Those 419 ers won't leave me alone either. When will the Nigerian government take responsibility and hunt them down and lock them up....they have caused so much misery all over the world. If we shot them would it be murder or mercy killing....there must be some way to stop them.
I hope you get the finances but you're right about the scammers. They seem to know just when to attack a person. They must rob people out of millions of dollars. |

Have you tried American Express All Clear card? I don't know if you will qualify credit wise.. as you did not mention too much about it.. but they offer a fixed rate on balance transfers/ purchases.. ect for the first 30 days... and the balance is fixed at a low rate for the life of the balance...
If you cannot work that out... find a private investor... Since you have a business.. you do have some sort of collateral... the investor would most likely ask for a share of your business. Don't get a loan from a hard money lender.. it will only put in you in a worse position than you are already in.
