It's unfortunate that your grandma will know you used her credit card. Assuming she doesn't know. She may try to dispute the charges on her card. If that happens, you will at the very least, get in severe trouble. Now will you get arrested? Probably not, especially if you're upfront with your grandmother.
Can they find you by your ip address? Yes, they can. But it would take them a lot of work. Work they may not be willing to go through for $100 dollars. The only way they can get your ip address is if they request it from the site. Then the site would have to turn it over.
My advice. Tell your grandmother what you did, take the punishment. Then, wait till you have a credit card of your own. Having a credit card doesn't make you 18. But as far as I know, sites don't get private information such as age when you use a credit card. Keep in mind this is technically still against the law if you're underage. |

Yeap they can track you down so easily if you don't pay them back or you were watching illegal porn and if you're old enough you can get a court order held against you and then you're in a mess of legal problems. plus you're grandma will be pretty grumpy |

Yes, they can trace you through the IP address, and get your grandmother's info from the credit card you used. Your grandmother can press criminal charges against you.
You are in terrible trouble, and the only way out is to 'fess up and make amends. Then don't do any of these things again. |
