I want to know can you get visa check card with bad credit?
without being member at a bank.thank you everyone who anwer this question and only legimtae secure sites no scam sites
A friend of mine declared bankruptcy a while back. He went to Capitol One and deposited $200 in their account and got a credit card with a $200 limit. He used the card for about a year, paying off the balance every month for a year. They then refunded the original $200 and gave him a $500 credit limit. That was 5 years ago. He now has credit cards that have $15,000 limits.
You have to prove to the credit card people you are trust worthy to get credit. Good luck rebuilding!

Why not do something about your credit rating.

No, you need a checking account to get a debit card unless you use the prepay but they seem like a scam.

Yes, but you have to pay a higher interest rate and a membership fee.

Yes! You can preload the card and then use it. Most of the convenient stores are selling them now. Most of them you pay a reload fee , but some are free.

You HAVE to be a member of a bank to get a check card. That's how they work. They aren't credit based. They work off your BANK BALANCE. If you're not a member, you won't have a balance.
All you need is to be able to have a bank account.
