if you paid it off before the billing cycle ended it will not be held aginst you
if it was after the billing cycle ended they will asses you with the late fee's and mark aginst you
(you got to love a grace period!)
this will not affect your score

Special charges are how the credit companies make money. They love it! You'll probably get even more credit.

It's unlikely to affect your credit score.

It depends on if this is the first time you have gone over, or if you have ever been late on any other card as well as this one. Call your credit cards company 1-800 number and ask them if it will.
Also, see if you will be charged an over the limit fee usually as high as $35.00, also see if your APR will go up as a result. Then, you can ask them if it will go on your credit report.
Be careful!!!!With fees you could still be over your limit!!! You must read the terms of your account. Each agreement is different since you have an annual fee most likely you have a high APR already.

it could possibly affect your credit negativley, each month the credit card companies report credit history to the 3 credit bureaus. I'd get on the phone with your credit card company as soon as you can, explain to them your situation and just ask them if they can either raise your credit limit by a small amount, or if they can adjust your account in a way so that it will not look or be reported as you going over your limit, esp. if they have any over the limit fees. If you've got a good payment history with them, they should be willing to work with you, but definitely call them.
