You can get a pre-pay debit card that links to no bank account. They are similar to gift cards. |

Why, are you using someone else's idenity? They ALL Have to have that info, otherwise they won't consider you. They want to know that you have money enough to put in the bank otherwise they think you won't be able to pay your monthly balance |
