If behind on one credit card, its best to get behind on all to even things up. T or F?
It is never good to get behind on any card. Getting behind on all will just increase your late fees and further erode your credit score.
As it stands with being late on one, universal default dictates that you will likely experience default rates on all credit cards, even those that you never made a late payment on.

Don't put yourself into more debt with all the cards. If you are behind on that one, just pay a little above the minimum payment and then pay off the other card as fast as you can. Then start paying on the one you are behind on. If you have more than 2, then you are just SOL and need to stop buying things.
Anyways, if you go behind on everything then it will cost more in the long run rather than being behind on just one. The interest would be the only thing you will be paying off if you get behind on everything.
