I havent paid for my credit card in 6 months and its because i am a full time student and i have a part time job. I do want to pay for them but i also have other bills. I dont wnt them to think im not trying to pay them so if i keep going this route is that fraud. |

No, but its not very sensible as you are continuing to mount up interest charges. Contact them and see if you can come to some arrangement which will make it easier to pay.
DONT IGNORE IT ANY LONGER!!!! |

no, it's not fraud but your credit history will go down the drain. If you have alot of other bills just take the credit cards and send them atleast 10 a month and keep the payment consistent. They cannot reject a payment and they cannot report you to the credit bereau because you are making payments. It just will take longer to pay off your debt. |

No, not paying your bill is not fraud, it is a civil matter not criminal. |

It is considered fraud if you go out and charge something knowing that you cannot and do not intend to pay. However that type of fraud is rarely charged.
DO NOT charge on your card again. Weren't you a student/part-time worker when you charged it? Saying you dont make enough to pay your bill doesn't make sense when you are the one who incurred teh debt.
Call them and tell them how much you can pay. A partial payment is better than nothing. |

Not if you call them and make arrangements for payment, at a lesser rate. |

Definitely not fraud!
But those accounts will likely go to collection very soon. 6 months is usually the threshold. And that will ding your credit badly. You need to curb all spending, and start paying that card off now! And do not get credit counseling involved. They will make matters worse for you. Stop buying Starbucks and fancy clothes. And whatever else you waste money on.
Pay that balance off now.

No, it's not fraud. If the creditor has not already charged off the debt and sent to a collection agency, call them and see if they have any programs to help you get back on track. If it has been sent to collections, try to negotiate a reasonable payment. But to get most agencies to agree, is like pulling teeth.
Another solutions is, if you're getting a large tax refund, settle the account for less and get rid of it. Get the settlement in writing before you pay them anything. Also ask for them to delete it from your credit report once it's paid. |

They will not go away! You are destroying your credit. The interest is going to kill you. If you cannot afford them do not use them. You will have to do without. Get some counseling on your debt they will help you out so that you can make a small pmt. |

Eventually they will send your bill to collections and, if you don't make arrangements with them for payment, they will take you to court and demand payment at that time or garnish your wages. They don't care how much money you make, you made the charges, therefore you need to may due on them. Contact them and let them know you are trying but have limited funds. See if they will take $10 a month. Worse comes to worse, seek advice of a credit counselor. |
