your debt is a company asset
if the company goes into liquidation, the assets will be sold off... that means your debt will still be owed to the company creditors.
legislation requires that they have to honour the same terms that your credit card company gave you.... you will not have to pay it all at once, up front |

No but there are legitimate ways of clearing it.
There is a legal loophole where they can be written off.
