If you live in the UK yes they must on purchases worth between £100 and £30,000 if the supplier sells an item which is faulty or not delivered.(Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act). It can take some time but sooner or later you will get a credit for the full amount. |

Different credit cards may have different policies but I queried this with mine and they said that they would not automatically reinburse you but will start an investigation. so best bet check with your credit card directly. |

Yes phone your credit card company and explain to them whats happened. You will need proof of the order eg receipt or email. The money will probably have gone through already and you will get a refund. |

the circumstances/dates/ items purchased/failure to deliver

Yes. Contact them straight away, you may have to write to them and explain what happned, but in my experince they will refund it. |
