you'll need to get a work permit to deliver paper ..but the idea about doing yard work for neighbors is a great idea or dog walking or pet sitting..
does your city have a teen work program? usually it involves working with younger kids or outdoor work... could be fun...
how about a mothers' helper? you get to play with younger kids and keep them enertained
good luck |

Depends on the area in which you live..
Gardening jobs (as stated) mowing lawns, yardwork.. etc
Babysitting (as stated)
Some small local restaurants I know in my area will hire busboys/dishwashers, so try places such as those.
Sometimes if you have resorts in your area, you can work as a dockboy or a yardworker or even a cleaning person.
Ask your parents if they know any friends who need help.. other than that...
got a few years to go!!
Good luck!! |

At 13 you cannot work legally for an employer but you can get your parents to set up a legal business for you that you can run and make money from. Check out the library for books like "Fast Cash for Kids" by Bonnie & Noel Drew. I think you'll like what you read. The library has many other titles as well. Check with Junior Achievements for true case studies of your peers who have started successful businesses: |

yes, offer to cut lawns, rake leaves, or grass, overall lawn work.
If youre a responsible kid, you might consider babysitting for a few hours a week as well. |

Go dunnery ily ur my cousin!!!!!

I have really good suggestions. You could babysit kids, but only if the parents are paying you lots of cash to do so. You can get a part-time job at a fast-food joint, like McDonald's or Tim Horton's.You can start your own small business, like a lawn-mowing or garden-weeding or dog-walking business. Tell people you will do this for 2-3 dollars per half an hour. |

Take money in exchange for doing stupid things, like my dole bum of a mate does. Popular choices are:
Jumping off large things
Going down hills/skateramps on a childs trike/shopping trolley
Smoking strange objects through a bong
eating otherwise inedible objects
sticks objects into various orifices in your body |
