You can only use your debit card if the seller excepts CC. however, you can use your debit card set up an ebay account in paypal, and use it just like a bank, however it take 2 to 4 days before money can be transferred in or out of paypal. most sellers will take a money order. |

13 year olds can have debit cards - they are not credit cards! I had one when I was 14 and I'm not a liar.
You can't buy on Ebay or link a card to paypal until you are 18 though (without help from the parentals, anyway).
Maybe ask your parents if they could set up an eBay account and you could pay with cheques or postal orders for anything you buy? |
