You can only get a personal loan from someone who knows you and trusts you. Perhaps what you really need is a consolidation loan to pool your high interest debt into one low interest loan.
If your finances are in such a state that no lender will give you one, you should probably go to one of the free credit counseling services. They will negotiate with your creditors to reduce your debt by forgiving late and over limit fees in return for regular payment of the balance. If you do this, you must make full payments to the agency on time to keep these agreements in place. |

Chances are that because of poor credit you're going to have to pay high interest rates. You're best bet is to try and speak with different lenders, you may need to go the route of a secured personal loan such as a title loan on your car. If you own your house have you thought about taking out a second mortgage or attempting to refinance your house in order to get some cash out? Mortgage interest rates are at a serious all time low right now. Good luck, it can be tough trying to repair your credit but be careful of the scammers out there that are just going to try and take advantage of someone who's desperate for a loan. |
