Yes a 716 is a very good credit score. Many auto dealers offer their special financing terms to borrowers who have a credit score of 700 or better. You may find a few dealers may require a 720 or 730 or above, but you should be fine with most dealers and most of their "special" limited time financing offers.

720+ Excellent
660-719 Very good
620-659 Good
580-619 OK
550-579 below average
500-549 not so good
below 500 very, very bad

It's an above-average score - you shouldn't have any trouble financing the car based on your score.

Yes, 716 is good enough. You can get a new deal.
But remember when you go to the dealer, don't show your driver's license often. Because when they run your score one time, your score will minus 10.

Yes that is just about considered a Very Good score. I believe 720-760 is Very Good. Above that is Excellent.
I stand corrected. BTW why go new? Save the depreciation and go with something 2 years old.

It is definately decent and you should be able to get approved for almost any loan. It is not the best of the best or A+ but it definately won't hurt you at all. You should be able to get whatever rates are out in your area.

That's excellent! Normally anything over 650 is consider pretty good.
