Your question was pretty cut and dried till you muddied the water with your examples.
Major credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express -- there are some others but these are the most popular. They come in a wide range of flavors, thru various banks, with all sorts terms.
A store charge card is one that is only good at one store -- Macy, Sears, Target, etc. You can do a balance transfer from a major credit card to pay off a store charge card.
Ebay and Paypal are not credit cards. |

yes you can. just find new card issuers that offer 0% intro apr with 12 months intro period to confirm this. when the intro period is near the end transfer again to another card with 0% intro apr. make sure pay the minimum regularly on time so that you will increase your credit rating. that is what i've learned to play the credit card game. hope that helps. |

The only way to know this answer is to contact one of the creditors that you're questioning, but personally, I've never heard of that being done and I have my doubts.

depends if the ebay/paypal allows balance transfers. if they allow you to pay a CC w/ a CC then yes...but most store cards only allow cash, check or direct withdrawal from a bank acct. |
