Not generally unless you committed some type of fraud on someone else's card or with your own. If you don't pay the amount required by the credit card company every month they will eventually charge the account off. They could then take you to court to get a judgment against you for the amount that is owed. They can then file a garnishment against you if they know where you work or your checking account info. They can also file a lien on your home if you own one. |

Nope. The worst thing that can happen is they will garnish 25% of your wages till it is paid off. That is the WORST that can happen. |
