The only way that will happen mate is if you was to change your name by deed pole and move to an address with a good credit rating. As i dont think either of them is very likely right now, all you can do is not apply for credit for 6 years then you wont be blacklisted anymore after that period, you can then build up your credit rating using a capital one card. Know it dont help now mate but if you keep applying then the 6 year window will never be up!
